During our one-on-one Workflow Walkthrough meeting, we will dive deeper into your intake form responses to learn more about your workflows, processes, systems, and apps. We use that information to identify and prioritize the most impactful automation and integration opportunities that help you work smarter. This service does not include custom software.
How do I prepare for my Workflow Walkthrough meeting?
Your first one-on-one meeting with us is called a Workflow Walkthrough. Be prepared to provide more context and examples of your intake form answers. Gather login information for your core tools in case you want to screenshare; List any bottlenecks in your workflows; Bring examples of tasks you repeat on a daily or weekly basis, and questions you have about this service. Screen sharing is highly encouraged.
How do I know which systems, software, and apps will be included in this service?
Based on our Workflow Walkthrough meeting, we will identify which systems, apps, or software have automation or integration opportunities that will save time, reduce expenses, and help you work smarter. At our Smart Systems Launch Meeting, we will walk you through the findings, address questions, and outline the next steps.
Do I have to purchase additional systems, software, or apps to make these integrations or automations work?
Our goal is to first help you get the most out of the tools you are already using. If additional tools will make that process optimal, we will first recommend free or low-cost options.
Will instructions to set up automations and integrations be easy for me to understand?
It is very important for you to have a basic understanding of how your automation or integrations are set up. But you do not need to be a tech expert! We provide clear, simple, step-by-step instructions, which may include videos, screenshots, visualizations, and more. What if I am not tech-savvy?
Then you are in the right place! This service is designed to make this entire process simple and manageable. You may be a little uncomfortable at first, but we are here to support you along the way. From identifying the most immediate opportunity to helping get it all set up - no worries, we have you covered.
How does the setup and troubleshooting support work?
Maximize your setup with up to 60 minutes of live technical support and an optional 30-minute 1:1 coaching session. From troubleshooting solutions to aligning your progress with core business goals, we’re here to ensure your technical implementation drives real results.
Will 37 Oaks need administrative access to my software, systems, and apps?
Only if you want us to! We respect sensitive information, so if granting us access is not something you feel comfortable with, then use some of your Setup Support time to schedule a meeting to screen share. You can also use some of the Setup Support time for us to troubleshoot and set up portions of automations and integrations on your behalf. In this case, we would request login credentials. Either way, as always, we guarantee the highest levels of data security and privacy.
What if I need additional technical support?
If I need more than what is included in this package or if I need support at a later date, do I need to purchase the service again? No, additional packages are available only for those who have initially purchased this service.
