Rockville Economic Development Inc. (REDI) and 37 Oaks have thoughtfully curated a 3-month program that prepares entrepreneurs for a growth, efficiency, or valuation shift. This curriculum includes structured 37 Oaks University courses, application workshops, 1:1 coaching, on-demand learning, and back-office operational services.

  • Business is registered in the state of Maryland and in good standing with the state of Maryland.

  • Business is past the ideation phase and there are products currently for sale.

  • Business has existed for at least 3 years.

  • Business is already in Rockville, MD.

  • If not in Rockville:

    • Business is in Maryland (Montgomery County)

    • Business is currently web-based and looking to establish brick and mortar location.

    • Business is currently in an accelerator or incubator program and considering Rockville as a potential location.
