37 Oaks is proud to partner with the Inner-City Muslim Action Network (IMAN) to strengthen leadership capacity within their community retail market,  located in Chicago, Illinois. Through this Leadership Development program, IMAN's managers gain access to courses, tools, and one-on-one and accountability coaching to help them apply what they've learned directly to their day-to-day responsibilities. The program also includes our 37 Oaks Smart Systems Lab service, helping the team identify automations and integrations that streamline operations and reduce manual work using systems and software they already have in place.
