What can I expect from my 1:1 coaching sessions?
It's all about you and what you need! The type of support received from your coach is based on the challenges, needs, and opportunities you have within your business. To get the most out of your time, come prepared to clearly and concisely explain the questions you want to answer and the challenges you want to address during your session. You will be able to screen-share information with your coach during the session.
How should I prepare for my session?
We recommend that you open the session with a clear and concise overview of where your business is; the top 3 questions and challenges you would like to discuss during the session; and your desired outcomes from the session. It is also good to have any supporting documents or material available to screen share that will help the coaches provide the best advice. This can include financial statements, marketing collateral, websites, etc.
Can I connect with coaches outside of my coaching session?
All guidance and discussions from coaches will only be within your coaching session timeframe. Coaches will not be able to provide support, advice, or resources outside of your session. Personal contact information is not shared.
How do I schedule my coaching session?
When you click on "Book Now", you will have immediate access to a coach's live calendar. Choose a date and time that works best for you. You will receive an email confirmation after your booking. Make sure you note the time/date of your session (add it to your calendar).
What is the refund policy?
Prices will vary based on the service. Pricing details are outlined in the "Services" section through your Growth Lab Membership.
There are no refunds for coaching sessions. These terms, conditions, and privacy policies apply to all coaching sessions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact info@37oaks.com, and we will address each situation promptly.
What type of coaching support will I get?
37 Oaks coaches have extensive knowledge and experience within their respective fields and have great experience in working with our community of entrepreneurs. Since they only have a limited view of your business, it is ultimately up to you to decide how to apply their advice based on what makes the most sense for your holistic business.
Are there complementary business support resources I can use?
37 Oaks works with many business service providers across the United States that share the same mission and passion for supporting small, product-based businesses as we do.
