Our all- inclusive SOKONI pop up solution is designed for Economic Development Organizations, Municipalities & CRE owners to revitalize communities and spaces through retail. It's a great way to help brands test vacant physical spaces, in a low risk way, and gain the operational confidence to move into their own spaces, and succeed.
SOKONI is like a full blown store - in a pop up format. We manage it all! From Product Curation (local or regional brands); Design & Merchandising; Marketing & Promotions; Technology;Staffing, etc.
It's important to note that our SOKONI pop ups are an economic development tool. We curate assortments from independent brands (local, regional or national), and we overlay our retail courses from 37 Oaks University to ensure these brands can grow and operate more efficiently, beyond their experience with us.

We participated in the SOKONI pop-up and were very pleased!
First and foremost, 37 Oaks did a great job communicating pop-up details and logistics. The expectations were clear and the move-in and move-out process was very easy. The store was set up beautifully.
Also, it was great to have a dedicated store manager for the pop-up. This eliminated the need for each vendor to staff the store, which can be difficult when you have other retail locations or don't live nearby. Also, the SOKONI manager truly knew about every single brand and was able to sell it to customers. There was comfort in knowing that there was someone in the store that could really sell our products and explain our brand story while we were not there, because this can sometimes be an issue at pop-ups.
At the end of the pop-up, we were able to look at what was sold, which helped us to refine our in-store inventory. Overall great experience!
